Working With Us

1. Browse & Request free Samples

To help you see the quality of our printing and designs, we offer free sample packs. Request a free sample and then peruse our design changes pages to find out more about all of the changes you can make to our Collection suites.

2. Select your Design Suite and Request a Quote & ‘Ordering Pack’

Complete our online ordering from any of our collection design pages and submit your quote request. We will send you a detailed quote along with our information pack to get your order started. This includes information on how to send us your wording & design notes as well as our 50% deposit details.

We'll also post you our complimentary ‘Ordering Pack’ which contains swatches of all of our ink & foil shades and paper & envelope shades to help with your decision making.

3. Design & Approval

Once we have received your wording, design notes and 50% deposit, we will create your design and send through the first design proofs as PDF's. We then refine the design from your feedback until it is perfect. We won't go to press until you are completely happy with your designs. When you have approved your proofs we will send through final payment details.

4. Printing & Postage

Once your payment has been received we are ready to go to press. All of our printing is done in house allowing us to have complete control over quality and timeframes. Usually we will have your pieces printed, packaged and posted within 10-15 working days of final proof approval.
